In this Butchery class chef Robert Owen Brown will teach you all the techniques you’ll need to successfully butcher a lamb. Rob will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve the cuts of meat.

The class starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the class ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you’ll be cooking. Next it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, learn new skills and under our chef’s expert instruction.

You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.

We firmly believe that great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Everything you need for the class will be provided for you.

Previous Example Menus Include:

  • Lamb Hotpot
  • Harissa Lamb with lime cous cous
  • Roast Loin of lamb, peas, lettuce and bacon
