Pass the chopsticks – Dim Sum
Bite-sized dishes, big on flavour. This is dim sum, Friday Night Kitchen style – hands-on, fun-filled, and made to be shared.
You’ll be folding, frying, and steaming your way to dumpling glory – and trust us, it’s just as fun as eating them.
By the end of the class, you’ll be sitting down to your very own dim sum feast, drink in hand, grinning at the thought of never needing a takeaway again. And with a recipe pack to take home, the dumpling party doesn’t have to end here.
Friday nights aren’t for rulebooks, and neither are our classes. Here, it’s all about rolling up your sleeves, having a laugh and picking up new kitchen skills You’ll be kicking off the weekend with good food and great company. We’ll take care of the prep so you can get stuck into the fun stuff, the sizzling, flipping and tasting. No recipe sheets on the night, but don’t worry, we’ll send you the full recipe pack afterwards so you can recreate the magic at home. Our chefs will be on hand with tips and tricks, and once the cooking’s done, you’ll grab a drink sit down to enjoy the feast you’ve made together. We’ll set the perfect Friday tone.
Bring a container if you want to take any leftovers home (no promises…this food disappears fast!). Just a heads-up: once it leaves the cookery school, it’s all yours — we can’t take responsibility for how it travels or keeps.
