This class shows that there is nothing boring or limiting with vegetarian cookery.
Our chef will teach you how to cook and prepare interesting and delicious contemporary meat-free dishes which are healthy and beautifully presented.
The course starts with a coffee and a chat about the evening ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you’ll be cooking. It’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, and learn new skills and enjoy replicating those dishes under the chefs expert instruction.
You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine (if you chose).
Everything you need for the class will be provided for you.
