By popular demand we are repeating this great evening class!

In this fantastic evening cookery class our chef will teach you all the techniques you’ll need in order to cook “Perfect Steak” plus share a host of chefs tips & hints.

Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare and cook various cuts of steak from rump to sirloin to fillet to perfection – plus an array of accompanying sauces to compliment your perfectly cooked steak!

Learn about the different cuts of steak and the difference in flavours of the cuts, and the learn how to cook a perfect steak with all the amazing accompaniments!

The class starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the class ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you’ll be cooking. Next it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under our chef’s expert instruction.

You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.

We firmly believe that great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
