In this Pizza cookery class, our chef will teach you all the techniques you’ll need in order to create an authentic Pizza, including making the dough. Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook a Traditional Neapolitan Pizza

Chef Michele will teach you one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, the ‘Neapolitan Pizza’, the chef will explain the history of Pizza from ancient origins up to our day, and why every single ingredient is importance to make the perfect pizza dough.

You will learn to make the authentic pizza dough, and the chef will explain each step that takes place in the creation of the dough, and the authentic way to create a pizza with the sauce and toppings, and how to bake your pizza at the correct temperature for the correct time.

All important aspects of making pizza at home will be taught, from how to prepare the tomato sauce, to how to cut the mozzarella as well as talking about time and temperature and important factors to get a tasty end product to enjoy with friends and family!

The class starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the class ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for a  comprehensive demonstration by the chef. Next, it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron and learn new skills under our chef’s expert instruction.

You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.

We firmly believe that great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Everything you need for the class will be provided for you.

Evening Class 6.30-9.30pm

Please arrive 10 mins prior to the commencement of the class, on arrival you will be directed to our coffee lounge where you can meet the chef and chat about the class.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe, non-slip footwear. An apron will be provided for you to use during the class.

Please note – we are unable to accept any responsibility/liability for food taken out of the cookery school, however if you do wish to take any food that you have cooked home with you, please bring suitable containers.
