“Was on the beginner’s course this weekend.Wasn’t sure what it was going to cover. Haven’t cooked a meal in thirty years of marriage – so really was a novice.Well what a fantastic day! Couldn’t believe how much we covered in four hours. The chef was excellent making it all seem so easy. Tonight I told my wife I would prepare the dessert. She nearly dropped dead with shock when I produced poached pear (fanned) with a mascarpone quenelle and a red wine sauce. Life is not going to be the same again!!! Thanks to the school-fantastic!”
