Your day will begin with a coffee and a chat with Simon in the lounge at the school, and then it’s through into the kitchens for demonstrations of Simon’s culinary genius. You will then have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, and learn new skills and enjoy replicating Simon’s dishes under his expert instruction.
Classes are fun and informal and when the dishes are completed you can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine, and chat to Simon about your day.
Everything you need for the day will be provided for you, including our embroidered Cheshire Cookery School apron which you will be able to take home with you as a memento of the day.
