Delivery
You will be advised of delivery upon ordering. Normally delivery is within 2 - 3 working days of order. Some delivery areas will be subject to an additional delivery surcharge. If this affects your order you will be notified upon receipt of order.
Returns Policy
You can return the item within 7 days of receipt of goods. The item must be packed and returned in the packaging and box it was sent in along with your delivery note. Any item returned where items are missing cannot be refunded. Please contact the office on 0161 928 5120 if you need to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty
All physical goods are provided with a manfacturers warrenty.

In the event of any problem please contact us. Your feedback is important to us and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
One-Day Courses:
In booking a one-day course at The Cheshire Cookery School, you are booking for one individual day at the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this course unless we receive four weeks prior to the date of your course. There are no exceptions to this.
All one-day courses are non-refundable.
If you find you are unable to attend a one-day course, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this.
If you book onto a course using a Gift Voucher, you will be required to return the Voucher to The Cheshire Cookery School within five days of the booking being made. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.
In the event of a course being cancelled by The Cheshire Cookery School, you will receive a full refund or a space on another course.
Evening Courses
In booking an evening course at The Cheshire Cookery School, you are booking for one individual evening at the time and date specified, and, once booked, you are not able to change the date or time of this course.
All evening course bookings are non-refundable.
Bookings for evening courses are non-exchangeable.
If you find you are unable to attend an evening course, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this.
