The Cheshire Cookery School

One of my great passions in life is food and like all great passions, I believe it is best shared. The Cheshire Cookery School was born out of my philosophy that good food is at the heart of all that matters in life; it is an expression of our connection to each other and to our environment. It is my firm belief that the ability to cook well is within everyone's capability.

Based at our purpose-built, state-of-the art studio in Altrincham and under the expert guidance of our resident chef Jason Palin we shall be offering day and evening courses covering everything from the principles of pasta making to game cookery, clever canapés to dinner parties without the drama.

Though we will be offering courses hosted by some of the North West’s leading chefs including celebrity chefs, our focus isnt on celebrity chefs but rather on celebrating great food made from the finest locally sourced produce.

Whether you're a complete novice or an experienced cook, looking for inspiration for a special occasion, ideas for entertaining family and friends or simply want to improve your skills and confidence, we will help you to achieve your goals in a friendly, supportive environment. With maximum groups of 16, you’ll receive individual tuition, get hands-on experience using top-of-the range equipment, and of course have the opportunity to savour your own creations.

We'll be posting full information about forthcoming courses early in the New Year but in the meantime if you’d like to register your details on this site, we’ll contact you as soon as courses are confirmed.
