Learn to create some of the classic dishes from this famous nation, using the most modern of techniques.
The class starts with a coffee and a chat about the day ahead with classically trained Chef Kurt Thomas, and then it's through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you'll be cooking. Next it's time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, and learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under the chef's expert instruction. You begin with a starter, on to the main course and will finish with a dessert.
You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine. Everything you need for the class will be provided for you, including our embroidered The Cheshire Cookery School apron which you will be able to use the day.
This is an evening course and runs from 6.30-9.30pm
